Terms of Use — SubTrack

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using SubTrack (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The App

SubTrack helps you track subscriptions and recurring payments. The App is provided “as is” and may evolve over time.

3. SubTrack Pro Subscriptions

The App may offer paid subscriptions (“SubTrack Pro”) via Apple’s in-app purchase system (StoreKit). Pricing and billing terms are shown at purchase and managed by Apple.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

4. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your personal use on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s rules.

5. User Content

You are responsible for the data you enter into the App (e.g., subscription names, notes). Do not upload or store content you do not have the right to use.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
Do not misuse the App or interfere with its operation.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is handled.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. The App is for informational purposes only and does not provide financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
